We are two fulltime consultants who are fully committed to practicing what we preach. We have learned to respect the fact that every client has different needs, so we spend a large percentage of our time discussing and learning from individual cases and assisting each other in regular peer review. We are a genuine “learning organization,” and that is one of our greatest strengths.
