President of Development Associates and a practitioner of organizational psychology, Dr. Joe Litven has spent the last twenty years in organizational development, and has worked extensively with managers and professionals in every sector. He has personally coached presidents and CEOs throughout North America, within a wide variety of industries and government agencies. He has also helped lead significant cultural change initiatives with these clients.
Joe received his Ph.D. in Psychology from Stanford University, and has taught at Stanford, Brandeis, Acadia, St. Mary’s and Dalhousie Universities. A lifetime practioner of mindfulness, he has led meditation programs throughout the world. And, as a former account executive at a large West Coast advertising firm and owner of his own business, Joe also brings important hands-on business experience, allowing him to blend the teachings of his discipline with the practicalities of real business and organizational issues.
